ORDERING & PRE-ORDERS
Yes! As we're launching our collections, most pieces are available for pre-order. Lead time is typically 3-5 weeks from order confirmation. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships from our UK studio.
Absolutely. Contact us at hello@sato.london within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll make the changes for you. Once your order has been dispatched, we won't be able to modify it, but our returns policy will apply.

PRODUCT CARE
Care instructions are included on the label inside each garment and on individual product pages. We recommend following these guidelines to keep your pieces looking beautiful.
Most of our pieces can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. For delicate fabrics or special finishes, we'll note if hand washing or dry cleaning is recommended. Always check the care label.
GIFT WRAPPING
Yes! Add gift wrapping at checkout for £5, and we'll package your order in elegant SATO presentation with a handwritten gift note if you'd like to include a message.
